We can make some set plays which have options to throw the football to. This will make our offensive better and more organized and more likely to succed.

have set WR's so the QB has an idea who the ball is going to.

To make sure people don't just go out and run after the quarterback says hike, you need to create some set plays or tell people to run a certain route. This will not only allow your team to be more organized but also set up plays which go well against the other teams defense.
Instead of "just go out" you can make plays on offense and defense so that the team is more organized. Also to give teammates positions so that they have a specific job instead of running around

To avoid the wr's and such to just going out after the QB says hike the team needs to have plays so they players know were to run and how to run the play. This is the QB's job to learn the plays and tell his team which play to do and the players on the team need to memorize the plays as well.
Set positions for players on each team, and come up with maybe a list of 5-10 plays.
instead of " just go out" there are different plays you can make for an offensive play and a defensive play -cornlius waiman
make organized plays, and memorize them on offense and defense.

have set plays that is meant for one specific player with a ack-up player to pass to if the first guy isnt open. design it so that he is open without just "going out" for a pass, and the QB knows exactly where everyone is at the time

We can hsve set positions for each player on the team and design plays. Drawing up plays in a huddle can help our games be more competitive and enjoyable.

Before the play begins we should know where to line up and the exact route we are about to run. The quarterback should also know the receivers routes and the order in which he should throw them in.
