Period 7 Weight Training Blog # 7 Supplements

This week we are going back to nutrition to take a look at performance enhancing supplements. First off I want to know what you know. List for me what supplements you have used or heard of in the past. I want to get an idea of where you are coming from. Supplements can be anything from protien powders to creatine. Anything you can buy at GNC or Vitamine Shop would qualify

I don't think I have used any supplements, but I think those energy bars, protein bars, fruit, milk, etc. can provide plenty of proteins.

I have used a bunch of stuff. I started out making protien shakes with weigh protien. Then i used some Nitro-Tech but i think it had crietene in it so i stopped using it. I did not have any side affects though. I do eat a lot of protien bars. I love the cliff builders bars and the zone bars are good too. I also drink protien shakes from smoothie king every so often.

I haven't used any supplements besides the average protein bar. Some tasted really bad and some tasted ok. I have heard from a new supplement called stemulite. Apparently it's all natural and helps build muscle, makes you sleep better and gives you more energy.

I have once used one of supplements. It was a protein drink but it tastes so bad. I have heard protein bars, drinks, energy drinks, and vitamin water.

The only things ive used are protein powders and bars. However I have heard of and been around people who used No-Xplode, HGH, steroids, creatine, and rip fuel.

I haven't used supplements before. I think some would be protein shakes, certain powders for building muscle, and protein bars.

I have never used any type of supplement, and I don't know much about them, though I have heard about protein shakes and energy bars. Do vitamin supplements count?

I have used big 100 bars, which were good, cliff bars, which also were good, and whey protein, which teastes horrible, but seems to be good. I also have heard bad things about creatine, like that it screws with how much your body naturally makes (i heard this from my doctor).
