We have completed our skill related fitness testing. For your blog this week, I want you to let me know what two skills were your best skills. Then I want you to think back to all of the activities we have done in class or even activities that you do on your own time that utilize the skills you listed. List one activity you participated in either in class or on your own and tell me how it relates to your two best skills. The goal is for you to be able to match physical activities to your skill set so that the activities will be more enjoyable and you will be more likely to participate in them.

I think my two best was my speed and reaction time. In most sports like basketball, football, and badminton it requires some speed to get an advantage in the game. For net games, like volleyball and badmintion it requires reaction time to hit it.

I believe my two best skills were coordination and reaction time. I utilize these best when I play baseball. When I am at first, I need to be able to react quickly to wild throws and I also need to control where my glove is going.

My 2 best skills were reaction time and coordination. Reaction is something you must be great in so that in badminton, when somebody hits a birdie to your side with great speed, you need to react quickly. Also with coordination, i can decide where i want to hit the birdie which gives me an advantage too in badminton.

My best skills were coordination and reaction time. Badminton and basketball really helped me with those two skills. In order to throw the ball or hit the birdie, I needed to have a fast reaction time, good hand-eye coordination, and proper body coordination to move to the ball.

Two skills that were my best skills were my speed and reaction time. Basketball relates to these two skills because one needs speed to run down the court and one also needs good reaction time if one wants to steal the ball away from an opponent.

My two best skills has to be coordination and reaction time. my best games are net games, and fast reflexes allow me to get to the ball(shuttle cock) earlier, giving me a farther reach.Plus the hand-eye coordination helps me control my racket to hit the shuttle cock to the place i want.
My two best skills would be power and coordination. In basketball you need to jump high for rebounds. We tested that by the vertical leap. In football it is important to have good coordination so you can catch the football.

My best skills were definatly my jump and my balance. In karate, my jump is extremely useful when doing various jump kicks. It is important to have a good vertical and horizantal jump. Also, balance is neccesary in karate because a lot of the time, we hold our kicks out in the air for a long time on one foot.

My reaction time and coordination are my best skills. In badminton, you need to be able to react to the shuttle cock quickly, and also have coordination to hit it to where you want it to go

My two best skills were speed and reaction time. I show this in football and basketball because in football and basketball you need to be quick to get around the defenders and you also need to have good reaction time, you never know when the ball is turned over so you need to be ready to get the ball back.

My two best skills are speed and coordination. When i play lacrosse i use my speed to run fast up and down the field to pass defenders. I also use coordination when i have to adjust my body to catch a bad pass.

My 2 best skills were coordination and balance. In gymnastics having coordination is a necessity because you need to be able to calculate where your tricks will end and how much momentum will be needed to follow through with a trick. Balance is important because when someone is on the beam they have to be able to do their routine without messing up or falling off.

I think two best skills were reaction time and coordination. I use these two skills in tennis you need coordination to get around the ball and to hit it at the right time and you need reaction time to hit the ball at the right time and be prepared for the next ball.

my best skills are coordination and reaction time. coordination can be demonstrated through sports such as baseball and badmiton. It takes hand-eye coordination to make contact with the shuttlecock or baseball. Reaction time is very similar to coordination. The faster you react the easier it is to make contact with the object that you intend to strike.

My two best skills were reaction time and speed. In volleyball and basketball I needed fast reaction time to hit the ball in volleyball and I needed speed to run fast to get to the ball in volleyball. I also had speed in getting to the ball in basketball and trying to get the ball before others.

My two best skills were the high jump and reaction time. I think this helped me play some of the team games I was involved in. Think like baseball, basketball and soccer require a good reaction time and strong legs for running and jumping. However in activities like batmitin it took me a while to get me agility and cordination up to par.

1. All the games we got to play.
2. I didn't get to play a lot of the games I like.
3. It was okay.
4. More group activities.
5. I don't know.
My best skills were accuracy and hand-eye coordination. I think the activities that utilized the skills I listed were racket games. I think the activities that relates to these the most were Badminton and the game that was sort of like dodgeball. Badminton's tiny rackets made hand-eye coordination essential to hit the birdie. The dodgeball-like game had to use accuracy to get the ball where you wanted.
