I really like what we have been doing so far but one thing that would be god is some more core workouts every so often. One question i had was we had the blog before about substances but what are the affects of some things like creotine and stuff?

I guess I would want to know of anything you can do to avoid getting cramps after a hard exercise or something like that. Like if stretching will help at all...

I would like it if we did more core workouts and also if there were other workouts we could do at home during the weekend without any weights to help tone our muscles

I have heard about weightlifters becoming unbalanced and having a slouched forward posture due to lots of ab and chest workouts and very little upper back workouts. Is this true and do we need to start doing upper back?
I like what we have been doing so far too. I would like to work more on upper parts and stomach than working on lower parts. Also I would like to know meal plan, like what we should and should not eat for strong body.
The work outs have been interestin, fun, and I get a good sweat. I would like to work my lower body and core a little more. I would like to learn a little more about nutrition and the side effects of performance enhancers/suplements

I'd like to do more about what muscle each exercise we do helps, which exercises you should do to develop the entire body properly, and what the pain/dizzyness, etc means that you sometimes get after a tough workout.

which supplements are the safest, what kind of effects will happen in the long run when athletes take these
I agree with Josh I think we should do some more core work and also do some different upper body exercises. My question is what would be a perfect after workout meal?
